Great position to visit everything in Catania.

No lift so you have to know that you have a lot of stairs before you can reach the reception.

It was a good rate for a room with 5 people in central Catania, a short walk to the main tourist areas. It was good to have parking at the hotel which was free. The staff were helpful on the phone when we were lost in the car, and spoke reasonable English.

The hotel is up four flights of stairs, and we had a lot of heavy luggage. Failities are fairly basic as you would expect in this price bracket.

The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast on the roof terrace is unique.

The staff was very nice in letting us move to a quieter room than gave onto the courtyard.

The hotel was lovely - huge room, private bathroom and very friendly staff. Breakfast was minimal but it did the job - toast, coffee, pastries, granite etc. The roof terrace was very pretty and it was nice to have breakfast up there in the morning before the sun got too hot.

The hotel itself was fine - its Catania that we didn't like. Dirty and busy. The main street is the only bit that is suitable for tourists as the rest is poor and industrial - in the evenings you can hear the loudspeaker at the industrial port directing freight around. The traffic is nerve-wrecking - lots of one-way streets full of mopeds and lorries cutting you up!

Hotel on second level was surprisingly welcoming, big rooms and lovely terrace to eat breakfast

Entrance and Parkin g was a bit daunting being small and dirty. Bathroom could do with a renovation, very small shower

I loved the interior decoration of the room, the spaciousness of the room, the decor and furnishings. The staff were excellent and extremely friendly. There is a beautiful terrace where breakfastnis served. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The location is very near the centre of Catania, which is convenient and easy.

There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, be prepared to have to carry it up several flights of stairs. But it is not too much of a problem. It does not diminish from my feeling of this place.

The staff were very attentive, and the location and price of the hotel were excellent.

For heavy luggage...and elderly people access was difficult, because the hotel occupies a fourth floor location without any lifts.

The beds were uncomfortable. No lift. Cost of room is rather high for a two star hotel.

The parking possibility in the patio of the owners was very helpful, especially because of the central location in Catania. The breakfast on the terrace was amazing due to its wonderful view to the harbour.

The hotel was ok, on the main road, near the city center, the reception guy was very friendly and the breakfast was ok. The city itself hasn't much to offer, other cities nearby like Taormina or Siracusa are much more worth visiting.

not a luxurious hotel, I wouldn't have stayed there for more than one night.

Perfect location if you want to be close to the downtown and the airport either. Nice, clean rooms, helpful hotel staff! They offered room with bath outside, but we got room with bath inside. It was a great surprise.
